CTI’s Custom Cut Die
is comprised of an etched and machined sharpened cut plate that’s mounted to a precision ground brass receptor. The brass receptor has machined cavities so that full height ejection rubber can be used. This assembly is then mounted on a machined high performance plastic block and mounted in the dieboard.
Due to the restricted cut height the maximum board caliper for this product is .016” or .4mm
