Steel Laser Plate System
Our Laser Plate was created to reduce make ready for projects that require tight register or often repeat. This system can be used for foil stamping or offline embossing/debossing. It is also important to note that the Laser Plate system is compatible with all honeycomb and Speedchases.
When this product arrives at your door, the dies will be pre mounted to the plate using your digital file. Dies can be accurately fine-tuned to compensate for print variation using our “MicroFlex” adjustment system. All dies are fully CNC machined and or lasered in house for superior accuracy.
