I hope the first half of 2024 has kept all of you as busy as it has us here at Converting Technology. As most of you know our parent company added to our folding carton operations with the acquisition of Atlas/Impact Dies in May! Everyone at CTI is excited about the addition to our operation and the capabilities that it brings to our operations. We have been working to identify the best practices of both operations so that we can build a better CTI for the future.

Everyone here is working to make sure the merger of these two storied names is seamless and virtually invisible to our customer base. There will be some administrative items to address but we expect that these will be easily handled by our customers. For clarity, I’d like to share this information:

•Converting Technology, Inc. (legacy CTI) will continue to operate as we have done in the past 18 months with all customer contact points continuing on without any change. All customer orders and inquiries can be directed to csril@converting-technology.com.

•CTI Cutting Dies (legacy Atlas/Impact) is the new operating company and customer orders and inquiries can be directed to orders@cticuttingdies.com . Our customer service and technical representatives will contact you with new email addresses for support. In the meantime, all old addresses will remain functioning.

We have set up these addresses so that there is no confusion about where to send orders, especially reorders, and to ensure that we provide the tooling EXACTLY as it was produced on prior jobs. We recognize the importance of rule breaks, bridge locations and special features that have been designed into your tooling by both our companies for decades. This allows us all to be comfortable that nothing will get mixed up as part of our merge.

Looking forward into the second half of the year, we will be combining operations so that we can take full advantage of the combined experience in our companies and to ensure that when you receive tooling with the CTI logo on it, you will have the confidence that it is being produced under one roof with the same design and manufacturing standards for every single order.

I will keep you updated on our progress but sincerely hope the only thing you notice is improved support, better products and competitive pricing on everything we provide for each of you. Here’s to an even better second half of 2024 and thanks for all of your continued support of CTI!
