ROCHESTER, NY | The Independent Carton Group (ICG), an association of independently owned and operated folding carton manufacturers, announces that Converting Technology a DFC Manufacturing LLC Group company is the recipient of its Supplier of the Year Award for 2022. The ICG has been a very valued customer of Converting Technology for several years, and it is an enormous honor to be recognized. Converting Technology services carton manufacturers with high quality press ready tooling and customer training as well as embossing and foil stamping tools.

The supplier of the Year Award has been presented since 2012 to ICG supplier that receives the highest marks on performance evaluations completed by ICG members. This quarterly meeting was graciously hosted by Diamond Packaging, which included a tour of their Manufacturing facility and meeting with Diamond’s knowledgeable staff who were available for questions during the tour. These quarterly meetings are hosted by members and provide opportunities to exchange knowledge and ideas, fostering camaraderie and business growth for their members. ICG is a tremendous resource to its members providing education, purchasing power and networking to members.
Alongside Converting Technology was a new supplier to the group and sister company, Sharples from Massachusetts. Sharples is also a supplier of Press ready tooling to the carton industry. Both companies are part of DFC Manufacturing Group LLC a leading die maker and post print finishing company with locations across the United States. Manufacturing customized steel rule dies, thermoform trim tools, emboss dies, foil stamping dies and providing custom cutting and converting services.
