Converting Technology, Inc. and Converting Technology Engraving, Inc. have been acquired by the DFC Manufacturing Group, LLC
St. Louis, MO (November 9, 2022) – Converting Technology, Inc. and Converting Technology Engraving, Inc. (“CTI/CTE”) today announced that both companies have been acquired by the DFC Manufacturing Group, LLC. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
DFC Manufacturing Group is a leading die maker and post print finishing company with locations across the United States.
CTI was established in 1993 with the primary goal of establishing itself as the best tooling supplier in the industry. Listening to their customers is what put CTI on the cutting edge of die making. As the industry grew rapidly with the introduction of automated die-making equipment and high speed cutting presses, CTI quickly adapted by supplying both press-ready tool sets and technical assistance. CTE was founded in 2014, because CTI identified the opportunity to offer its customers a single source solution for all of their embossing, foiling, BRAILLE and die cutting needs. CTI/CTE operations will continue at their Elk Grove Village, IL and Greensboro, NC facilities.
The systems and tools CTI/CTE manufactures are designed to take the variables out of die-cutting. Our mission statement is to supply the converting industry using the most advanced technology available; this technology paired with our dedicated and knowledgeable staff culminates in our diverse product line.
